FRIENDSHIP
Meaningful relationships are made in a supportive community, where individuals connect with others who share similar experiences. Members build lasting friendships through shared activity and mutual respect, reducing feelings of isolation and enriching emotional well-being.
About the Clubhouse
Broadway STARS Clubhouse is a program of Broadway Recovery Services, operated by full-time, Clubhouse-specific staff members who serve as Social Interventionalists and Generalists. Organized around a structured system called a work-ordered day, members and staff work side-by-side to perform meaningful work that supports and strengthens their community.

EMPLOYMENT
Work-readiness programs ensure members develop skills and gain the hands-on experiences needed to secure employment. Through vocational opportunities, members build confidence, improve their employability, and engage in meaningful work while gaining a sense of accomplishment.

EDUCATION
We encourage lifelong learning by offering members access to educational resources and programs that foster personal growth. With the support of peers and staff, members can pursue further education and achieve personal academic goals.
